OUR DASHA

Cucumber OUR DASHA is an early-maturing hybrid suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses. The vegetative period ranges from 38 to 52 days depending on growing conditions. The plant is medium to tall, with a main stem length of 1.8 to 2.5 meters, and strong lateral branches that are recommended to be tied to supports for easier care and improved fruiting. To increase yield, it is beneficial to pinch off the main stem and lateral shoots, which promotes more abundant and prolonged fruiting.

The fruits of cucumber OUR DASHA have a cylindrical shape, dark green color with longitudinal stripes and white hairs. The length of the cucumbers varies from 9 to 13 cm, the diameter — 3.5–5 cm, and the weight — from 90 to 120 grams. The fruit surface is medium- or moderately ribbed, with large bumps, giving them an attractive appearance. The cucumbers are dense, free from bitterness, and have excellent flavor qualities, making them suitable for fresh consumption as well as for pickling and preservation.

The hybrid exhibits high resistance to diseases such as ascochytosis and powdery mildew, significantly simplifying care and reducing the risk of yield loss. It sets fruit well even under insufficient light and low temperatures, making it a reliable choice for various climatic conditions. Yield ranges from 10.5 to 19 kg per square meter, confirming the high productivity of the variety. The seeds of cucumber OUR DASHA are packaged in sets of 12 and are intended for sowing in May, with the option for early sowing under plastic cover.
