Cucumber MINI-MINI is a medium-early parthenocarpic hybrid of cornichon type, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under temporary plastic coverings. Female-flowering plants form 1-3 fruits per node, ensuring high yields up to 16.4 kg per square meter. Fruits are short, cylindrical, dark green, 7-10 cm long, weighing approximately 90-160 g, and do not overgrow, making them particularly convenient for harvesting and further use.
This hybrid is characterized by high resistance and tolerance to major cucumber diseases, allowing successful cultivation under various climatic conditions. MINI-MINI seeds do not require pollination, as the plant is parthenocarpic, ensuring no seeds in the fruits and stable fruiting. The flesh of the cucumbers is tender, juicy, and aromatic, making them ideal for fresh consumption, as well as for pickling and preservation.
To obtain a high-quality harvest, it is recommended to sow seedlings at the end of April, followed by transplanting into the soil when the plants have 3-4 true leaves, in late May to early June. The optimal soil temperature for seed germination is 25-30°C. Planting scheme — 30x70 cm. Regular harvesting of fruits 2-3 times per week helps maintain high plant productivity and prevents fruit overgrowth.
