Unlike vegetative varieties that allocate excessive resources to leaf biomass, 'Miniature' focuses its metabolic output on fruit formation. This architectural efficiency reduces the labor required for pruning and training, which is a decisive factor at the recommended plant density of 40,000–45,000 plants/ha.

Biosecurity and Fruit Morphology

Built-in genetic resistance to olive spot and powdery mildew significantly lowers the fungicide demand for the crop. Regarding commercial quality, the fruits display the following technical parameters:

• Surface type: heavily warted (knobby), ensuring optimal shelf life and transportability.
• Color: deep dark green, maintaining its marketability post-harvest.
