Aristan F1 cucumber is an ultra-early parthenocarpic hybrid of cornichon type, developed by the Dutch seed company Bejo Zaden. This hybrid is characterized by its early maturity — the vegetative period is 40-45 days, allowing for a quick harvest. The plant is vigorous with a well-developed root system, ensuring rapid regeneration after stressful conditions such as water deficiency and high temperatures. Aristan F1 is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses. The fruits of Aristan F1 cucumber are uniform, very dense and crisp, with a small seed cavity and thin dark green skin. They are non-bitter, making them especially appealing for fresh consumption. Additionally, this hybrid’s cucumbers are large-buckled and have excellent transportability, simplifying storage and transportation. Due to its qualities, Aristan F1 is widely used for pickling, marinating, and canning.
