Cucumber Harry

The Harry F1 hybrid cucumber is a medium-late salad-type variety, primarily intended for cultivation in winter-spring and extended cycles in glass and plastic greenhouses. Plants are vigorous, indeterminate, with strong branching and mixed flowering, ensuring the formation of one to three fruits per node. Leaves are large, dark green, with high photosynthetic activity, and the root system is powerful, with good regeneration and high absorption capacity, contributing to plant resilience and productivity.

Harry cucumber fruits are cylindrical, large-buckled, bright green with a glossy surface and white spines. Fruit length is 18-20 cm, diameter 4.0-4.5 cm, weight ranging from 190 to 250 grams. The flesh is crisp and aromatic, making this hybrid especially attractive for salad use. Due to its characteristics, Harry cucumber is ideal for home and greenhouse cultivation.

The hybrid exhibits high resistance to root rot and cucumber mosaic virus, as well as moderate resistance to ascochytosis and downy mildew, ensuring reliable and stable yields.
