DOMOVENOK KUZYA

Cucumber variety Domovénok Kuzya is a medium-maturing parthenocarpic hybrid with predominantly female flowering. The plant is medium-height and indeterminate, ensuring a prolonged fruiting period. Cucumbers have oval-cylindrical shape, length from 6 to 10 cm, and weight 60-80 g. They are genetically free of bitterness, have small, frequently located warts, and dense pubescence, giving them an attractive appearance and excellent taste. The variety is resistant to major diseases such as powdery mildew and cladosporyosis, as well as pests, significantly simplifying care and increasing harvest reliability. Domovénok Kuzya is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under temporary plastic coverings or in plastic greenhouses. Yield is approximately 7 kg per square meter in open ground and up to 15.6 kg under plastic coverings, with fruit marketability reaching 95-97%. Cucumbers of this variety are versatile: they are excellent for fresh consumption in salads, as well as for pickling and canning. Cultivation can be done either by direct sowing of seeds into the soil or through seedlings, allowing adaptation of the technology to different climatic conditions and planting times.
