Cucumber Amigo

Amigo — ultra-early self-pollinating cucumber hybrid, suitable for cultivation both in open and protected ground. The plant has a determinate growth type and moderate branching, which simplifies care and allows for stable yields. Fruits have a cylindrical shape, 10-12 cm long, average weight of 60-70 g, dark green color with short stripes, and white spines. The fruits are medium-ribbed, juicy and sweet, without bitterness, making them suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for pickling and salting. The variety is distinguished by high yield — up to 30 kg per square meter, making it attractive for commercial cultivation and personal farms. Amigo is valued for its excellent fruit quality and enhanced resistance to a complex of diseases, including powdery mildew. However, the variety is not shade-tolerant and has low cold resistance, so it requires appropriate growing conditions and protection from adverse factors. To achieve maximum yield, proper care of plants is recommended, including regular watering and feeding. Due to its characteristics and universal use, cucumber Amigo is suitable for both fresh consumption and processing, making it a profitable choice for gardeners and farmers.
