Cucumber AISI

AISI cucumber is a high-yielding hybrid designed for cultivation both in open ground and greenhouse conditions. The plant is robust, open-type, with a strong root system, ensuring resistance to adverse conditions and high productivity. The period from germination to the start of fruiting is approximately 49-52 days, allowing for early harvest. The hybrid is resistant to high temperatures and diseases, including powdery mildew and downy mildew, significantly reducing cultivation risks. AISI cucumber fruits have medium size, length ranging from 6 to 14 centimeters, and weight of about 70-105 grams. The fruits are oval-cylindrical, dark green with white or light blurred stripes, covered with sparse large bumps with black down. The skin is tender, yet the fruits withstand transportation well and have a long storage life due to their small seed cavity. The flesh is dense, juicy, with excellent taste qualities, free of bitterness, making the cucumbers suitable for fresh consumption as well as for pickling and canning. The AISI hybrid is characterized by high and stable yield, especially in early fruiting stages, enabling effective market realization. Multiple fruits form on each node of the plant, contributing to increased total yield. Due to its characteristics and disease resistance, this variety is an excellent choice for farmers and gardeners aiming to obtain high-quality, flavorful cucumber harvests with minimal plant protection costs.
