Maize TOS 223 MV

A Choice for Processing and Fresh Market

When it comes to growing corn for food production, finding the right balance between taste and processing efficiency is crucial. The TOS 223 MV hybrid from Belgorod SAU is a breeding product focused primarily on the taste preferences of the end consumer.

Agronomic Features and Practical Experience

For a farmer working with TOS 223 MV, the key factor is predictable results. The yellow grain has characteristics perfectly suited for both canning and fresh market sales. Practical experience with this hybrid demonstrates crop stability when adhering to the agrotechnical timelines set by the originators (Solonetskaya E.V., Boreyko V.S., Abubekirov R.N.).

Operational Advantages

• Usage Stability: The hybrid's versatility prevents dependence on a single sales channel, reducing risks when selling the harvest.
• Controlled Quality: The breeding process focuses on high-quality commercial grain that is valued by processing plants.
• Efficiency: The plant is responsive to standard nutrition schedules, simplifying fertilizer application and crop protection efforts.

When selecting TOS 223 MV, it is important to consider the climatic characteristics of the cultivation region, as the Russian breeding from Belgorod SAU shows the best results in zones adapted for it. This is a choice for those who prioritize food quality over bulk feed grain production.
