Corn DeYma is an ultra-early hybrid specifically developed for growing baby corn and salad crops. The plant forms 1-2 rounded-conical, branched ears, 18-22 cm long and 11-15 cm in diameter, each weighing 200-300 g. Small cobs 2-3 cm long make this hybrid ideal for baby corn production, and their compact size allows successful cultivation both in open ground and in pots. High yield is achieved due to a large number of cobs per plant.
DeYma exhibits high resistance to stress factors, ensuring reliable cultivation in various climatic conditions and agro-ecological zones. This hybrid has a unique ability to be preserved, making it an excellent choice for storage either fresh or canned. The corn kernels are yellow and well-filled, further emphasizing the quality of the harvest.
The vegetation period of Corn DeYma is 65-68 days, allowing harvest at the earliest possible time. Sugar content in the kernels exceeds 20%, corresponding to the SH2 type and ensuring a sweet taste. Seeds are treated with modern fungicides and stress protectants, including Maxim XL, Vitavax 200FF, and Radix perfecta technology based on EM-technologies, which helps protect plants from drought and enhances their viability.
