Maize ALMAZ MV

ALMAZ MV — this is an early-maturing three-line corn hybrid, intended for cultivation in various regions, including the Central and Volga regions. The plant is of medium height with straight leaves and a weakly conical ear of medium length and thickness. The grain is intermediate type, yellow-orange in color. The hybrid is characterized by weak anthocyanic coloring of the first leaf sheath and roots, as well as medium coloring of the husk and silk. The tassel has medium-length lateral branches and small angles between the main axis and lateral branches, ensuring optimal inflorescence formation. The hybrid demonstrates resistance to a range of diseases, including southern helminthosporiosis and ear bacterial blight, as well as medium resistance to ear fusarium. Thanks to these characteristics, ALMAZ MV shows stable and high yields, reaching approximately 160.7 centners per hectare of normalized dry matter in the Central region and 152.6 centners per hectare in the Volga region. This makes it a reliable choice for silage production under various agroclimatic conditions. The hybrid’s seeds are produced using modern technologies, ensuring high purity and uniformity of planting material. ALMAZ MV corn is suitable for sowing on prepared fields and exhibits good cold tolerance. The hybrid is widely used for grain and silage production, making it a versatile and efficient solution for agricultural enterprises.
