Maize ZUM 0307

Field Performance: A Hands-on Look at ZUM 0307

The German breeding expertise behind Saaten-Union's ZUM 0307 is evident from planting until the final harvest. It is a reliable tool for any farm looking to balance yield with operational efficiency.

A Versatile Performer

The core strength of this simple hybrid is its flexibility. For farm management, this versatility is a major advantage. This efficiency significantly reduces drying costs—a critical factor for maintaining profitability in today's market.

Key Operational Insights

• Structural Integrity: The hybrid shows great resistance to lodging, which allows for stress-free harvest operations even when timing is tight.
• Silage Quality: The plant stays green longer, resulting in high-energy forage that is highly valuable for livestock feed.
• Consistency: The work of the originators, Dr. K.L. Nau and Dr. P.G. Goertz, shows in the crop’s uniformity. Uniform ears and plant height make machine settings a breeze.

ZUM 0307 is predictable. It does not suffer from uneven development or susceptibility to common regional stresses. If you are looking for a hybrid that combines German precision with high-tonnage output, ZUM 0307 from Saaten-Union is a choice that minimizes risk and maximizes field performance.
