The development of the RUSTARK AP hybrid contributes to reducing Russia’s dependence on imported seeds and enhancing the country’s food security. The seed company «Agroplasma» produces seeds of this hybrid, having released significant volumes of parental line and hybrid seeds for further distribution and use in agriculture.
The hybrid demonstrates not only high productivity but also resilience to stressful conditions, making it attractive for farmers. RUSTARK AP has already been submitted for registration in the relevant state registries, confirming its status as a significant achievement of Russian corn breeding.
