The hybrid corn RAM 0133 is an early-maturing variety with a maturity group of FAO 180, intended for grain production. It is characterized by high stability and adaptability to growing conditions, allowing successful cultivation in various agro-climatic zones of Ukraine, including the Steppe, Forest-Steppe, and Polesie. The hybrid is resistant to stress, lodging, major diseases, and pests, ensuring reliable yields and reducing the risk of losses. At the same time, RAM 0133 responds well to improved agronomic conditions, which contributes to increased productivity.
Plants reach a height of 250-280 cm, do not bush, and have 14 to 16 leaves on the main stem. Ears have a length of 21-26 cm, with a weak conical or conical-cylindrical shape, and an attachment height of 70-90 cm. The number of rows varies from 12 to 16, with 32-36 kernels per row. Kernels are yellow, dent type, with a 1000-kernel weight of 260-280 g. Grain yield reaches 81%, starch content — 72.3%, and protein — 8.7%. Pre-harvest plant density depends on the growing zone and ranges from 55 to 80 thousand plants per hectare.
The hybrid RAM 0133 was developed by LLC "NI Institute of Agricultural Business" and entered the State Register of Plant Varieties of Ukraine in 2016. In 2023, seeds are treated with the fungicide "Maxim XL" for disease protection. Due to its characteristics and high yield potential, reaching 100-110 centners per hectare, this hybrid is an optimal choice for farmers aiming to obtain high-quality grain with accelerated moisture loss at maturity.
