The R 0315 corn hybrid, developed by Monsanto, is a mid-season, highly adaptable variety that demonstrates excellent productivity and stable yields. This hybrid features a strong root system and high resistance to diseases, lodging, as well as superior early growth energy. Due to its plasticity and resilience to stress, cold, and drought, R 0315 is suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions, including northern and southern regions.

R 0315 has a robust stem reaching up to 250 cm in height and forms one high-quality ear positioned at 100-110 cm, with a weakly conical shape. The leaves are slightly erect, and the seeds are dent type, ensuring rapid moisture release upon maturation. Seeding can be conducted at soil temperatures as low as 7 degrees, expanding early planting opportunities and extending the growing season.

The hybrid’s yield at 14% moisture content ranges from 112 to 144 centners per hectare. Recommended plant population varies depending on moisture conditions: 55-60 thousand plants per hectare in areas with limited moisture, and 70-75 thousand in areas with sufficient moisture. Maximum yields are observed in central regions such as Vinnytsia, Poltava, and Cherkasy oblasts, confirming its high adaptability and efficiency under diverse agronomic conditions.
