Maize CSS 3360

Consistent Yields for Intensive Farming

The mid-early hybrid КСС 3360 from the agricultural company RAT is a reliable tool for farms focused on high-quality grain production and building a stable feed supply. The dent-type grain structure ensures excellent moisture release during ripening, which is essential for reducing post-harvest processing costs.

Practical Applications on the Farm

This hybrid shows strong adaptability to varying climate conditions. Agronomists choose КСС 3360 for several key operational tasks:

• Forage Production: High nutritional value makes the grain ideal for balanced livestock and poultry diets.
• Commercial Grain: Predictable yields allow for easier sales planning and warehouse management.
• Risk Management: Genetic resistance to common smut and high tolerance to helminthosporium and stalk smut reduce the need for excessive fungicide applications.

Agronomic Insights

With its mid-early maturity, КСС 3360 fits perfectly into crop rotations where clearing fields in time for winter crops is a priority. The hybrid responds well to intensive cultivation technologies but maintains steady productivity on average agro-backgrounds. It demonstrates excellent seedling vigor, allowing the crop to close rows quickly and suppress weed competition.

When planning your sowing, remember that the dent-type structure of this hybrid requires precise combine settings to minimize threshing losses, but in return, you get a high yield of quality produce per hectare.
