Maize NEUTRINO

German Breeding for Premium Silage

The «Neutrino» corn hybrid from NPZ Lembke is a specialized solution designed for agricultural enterprises focused on high-quality forage production. In the context of modern livestock farming, choosing a hybrid within the FAO 240 range (as specified) is a strategic decision that directly influences the energy efficiency of the fodder base. NPZ Lembke’s German breeding program prioritizes adaptability to fluctuating climate conditions, and «Neutrino» serves as a prime example of this commitment.

Agronomic Profile and Potential

As a simple hybrid, «Neutrino» offers excellent crop uniformity, ensuring predictable results during harvest. The flint-dent grain type provides the ideal compromise between high starch density and digestible fiber, both of which are critical for maximizing cattle productivity.

• Maturity: A 120–140 day growing cycle allows for precise scheduling of silage harvest machinery.
• Efficiency: With a recommended density of 85,000–90,000 plants per hectare, the hybrid generates a robust vegetative mass with high dry matter yields.
• Origin: Developed in Germany, this hybrid adheres to rigorous European standards for animal feed quality.

Choosing «Neutrino» is a calculated investment for farms where feed quality consistency is paramount. Thanks to its impressive foliage retention and lodging resistance, this hybrid minimizes harvesting losses, ensuring that the maximum amount of nutrients is preserved in the silage pit.
