Description NCC 444
NCC 444 is a mid-late maturing corn hybrid with high yield potential, reaching up to 140 ц/ha. The grain of this hybrid is yellow, dent type, with a 1000-grain weight of about 250 g. The ear is cylindrical in shape with a colored cob, containing approximately 14 rows of kernels. The hybrid is characterized by an elastic stalk, resistant to lodging and breakage, which helps maintain yield until harvest.

This hybrid demonstrates high adaptability and drought tolerance, making it especially valuable for cultivation under various climatic conditions, including forest-steppe, central, and southern steppe zones. The optimal planting density varies from 40 to 55 thousand plants per hectare depending on the region. NCC 444 is resistant to southern helminthosporiosis and shows low susceptibility to common smut, fusarium, and ear bacterial blight. Damage from stalk borer ranges from slight to moderate.

The hybrid is produced by Nertus in Ukraine and belongs to the elite seed class. It does not contain GMOs and is a winter crop. Thanks to its characteristics, NCC 444 ensures stable and high yields, making it an attractive choice for agricultural producers seeking efficient and sustainable corn cultivation.
