LD 430 MV

LD 430 MV is a mid-late maturity three-row hybrid corn (Zea mays L.) designed for cultivation under various climatic conditions, including the North Caucasus region. The plant is characterized by high stature, dense tassels, and cylindrical, long, and very thick ears with dent-type kernels of yellow-orange coloration. The hybrid's vegetation period is approximately 116 days, with medium-late emergence of silk and tassel flowering. Intense anthocyanic pigmentation of the ear stalk and the first leaf sheath gives the plant a distinctive appearance. Average grain yield in the North Caucasus region reaches 66.3 c/ha, with maximum yields up to 128.2 c/ha, and pre-harvest grain moisture content is 23.9%. Hybrid LD 430 MV exhibits high productivity and resistance to adverse conditions, including cold and drought tolerance. It also demonstrates resistance to pests such as the stalk borer, contributing to stable yields. The 1000-kernel weight ranges from 310-330 g, indicating large kernel size and high seed quality. Due to these characteristics, the hybrid is suitable for both grain and silage cultivation, providing high dry matter yields for silage — an average of 162.6 c/ha and up to 300 c/ha with 38.8% dry matter content. LD 430 MV seeds are developed in accordance with modern agricultural requirements and are suitable for use in various agrotechnical systems, including biogas and silage applications. They ensure good adaptation to diverse soil-climatic conditions and allow for stable yields under optimal moisture and nutrient levels.
