LD 360 MV: A Reliable Solution for Grain Production

In the grain corn market, selecting the right hybrid is a strategic decision that balances maturity timing with yield potential. The LD 360 MV hybrid, developed by the Russian producer NPO "Semenovodstvo Kubani", is designed for agricultural enterprises aiming for consistency and performance in grain production.

As a mid-maturity hybrid, LD 360 MV fits effectively into various crop rotation schemes. Its grain structure is of the dent type (зубовидный), which is highly valued for its efficient moisture release during the maturation phase, allowing for optimized harvesting schedules and reduced drying costs.

Agronomic Strengths and Plant Health

The core value of LD 360 MV lies in its genetic resistance profile. By focusing on plant health, the breeder has managed to provide protection against critical pathogens, which is essential for maximizing yield per hectare:

• Resistance to Disease: The hybrid shows robust resistance to common corn smut (пузырчатая головня).
• Pathogen Defense: It demonstrates high tolerance against Fusarium and onion stalk smut (стеблевая головня).

By integrating these traits, LD 360 MV allows farmers to reduce the intensity of chemical protection measures, lowering overall production costs. Its primary application is grain production, where the focus is on achieving a high volume of high-quality commodity grain. This model stands out as a balanced option within the portfolio of NPO "Semenovodstvo Kubani", offering local producers a predictable and reliable harvest under standard agronomic conditions.
