The corn hybrid KWS COMPLIMENT (KWS 2370) is a high-yielding grain variety of German origin, adapted to the climatic and soil conditions of Ukraine. This mid-early hybrid with FAO 280 features a dent kernel type, which ensures rapid moisture release and facilitates efficient harvest. The hybrid's yield potential reaches 17 tons per hectare, confirmed by stable results across various regions, including Vinnytsia Oblast and Volhynia.
KWS 2370 plants are characterized by a height of approximately 290-300 cm and ear attachment height of 100-110 cm. The number of rows per ear ranges from 14-16, with 37-39 kernels per row. The 1000-kernel weight varies between 300-310 grams. The hybrid exhibits high lodging resistance, reducing the risk of yield losses under adverse weather conditions. Thanks to its regenerative capacity, plants recover quickly after damage and stress, making the hybrid a reliable choice for both intensive and extensive cultivation systems.
To achieve optimal yield, it is recommended to maintain a specific plant population: 75-85 thousand plants per hectare in well-watered zones, and 60-70 thousand per hectare in less watered zones.
