Maize KSM 7119

Focusing on Intensive Grain Production

French selection in the agricultural sector is synonymous with reliability. The KSM 7119 hybrid from Tso Saratov is a three-way corn hybrid primarily focused on achieving maximum grain yield. For farmers seeking a balance between high-tech farming and productivity, this material offers an intensive development type that thrives with proper agronomic management.

Agronomic Advantages

The key strength of KSM 7119 lies in its resistance to pathogens that often cause yield losses in temperate climates. High resistance to helminthosporiosis, fusarium, and stalk rot minimizes the need for fungicide treatment during critical vegetation phases. Its mid-ripening period (108–116 days) makes it a flexible tool for regions where harvesting before extreme weather conditions is essential.

Cultivation Details

• Sowing Density: The hybrid's adaptability allows for planting densities ranging from 58,000–60,000 plants/ha in less fertile soils to 65,000–70,000 plants/ha in high-intensity fields.
• Grain Type: The dent-type yellow grain features excellent moisture release, significantly reducing post-harvest drying costs.

The KSM 7119 by Tso Saratov is an optimal choice for operations employing intensive farming practices. Although the hybrid requires attention to nutrient management, it pays off with consistent grain fill and robust resistance to common corn diseases that typically strike during the second half of the growing season.
