Description ZERNOGRADESKY 330 MV
Zernogradsky 330 MV — a medium-maturing corn hybrid with FAO 330, intended for grain and silage production. It is characterized by high yield and is adapted to various soil-climate conditions, including sandy and loamy soils. The hybrid demonstrates high drought tolerance and lodging resistance, ensuring stable yields even under insufficient moisture. Due to its dent-type kernel and high moisture release rate (around 13%), the kernels dry quickly, facilitating harvest and reducing losses.

Zernogradsky 330 MV is recommended for cultivation in the forest-steppe, steppe, and Polесьe zones, including central and southern regions. Optimal sowing begins when soil temperature reaches +10 °C. The hybrid has good early growth energy and can form up to two ears per plant, contributing to increased yield. Recommended planting density ranges from 60,000 to 85,000 plants per hectare, with 1000-kernel weight varying between 290–310 grams.

Special attention is given to the hybrid’s disease resistance: it exhibits high resistance to helminthosporium, fusarium, ear fusarium, as well as to blister and aerial head smut. These traits make Zernogradsky 330 MV a reliable choice for intensive and medium-intensive cultivation technologies, ensuring high profitability and crop quality.
