Maize KM 3310

Gastronomic potential of KM 3310 corn

For farmers and agricultural enterprises focused on the fresh produce market, selecting the KM 3310 hybrid from 'Heneks Ukraina' is a decision centered on culinary excellence. Unlike standard fodder varieties, KM 3310 was developed as a specialized product intended specifically for human consumption.

Key characteristics and culinary features

• Grain type: Dent (zubovydnyi), providing optimal texture during heat treatment.
• Versatility: This hybrid excels both for fresh consumption (boiling) and industrial canning.
• Taste profile: High sugar content and tender grain consistency help achieve a premium market appearance.

The primary strength of this hybrid lies in its specialized purpose. While most hybrids on the market are optimized for dry matter yield or livestock feed, KM 3310 addresses the specific needs of the food industry. It is an optimal choice for producers supplying local markets, supermarkets, or processing plants specializing in vegetable canning.

Working with local originators, 'Heneks Ukraina' has adapted this variety to the climatic conditions of the country, ensuring stable and predictable crop development even under variable weather patterns. It is important to note that this variety requires standard agricultural practices for vegetable crops to ensure the full expression of its sweetness and delicate texture.
