KARIBIKO

Corn hybrid KARIBIKO is a mid-season simple hybrid with toothed-silky kernels and high starch content (73.6%). This hybrid is characterized by exceptional plasticity and well-balanced agronomic traits, ensuring stable and high yields even under unstable and insufficient moisture conditions. The 1000-kernel weight ranges from 384 to 506 grams, indicating kernel size and quality. KARIBIKO has high drought and cold resistance, making it suitable for cultivation in various climatic zones, including areas with limited water supply.

One of the key advantages of KARIBIKO is its excellent resistance to lodging and stem breakage, which significantly reduces harvest losses. The hybrid demonstrates high resistance to major corn diseases such as helminthosporiosis, fusarium, and smut, with resistance ratings of 8 points. Recommended planting density depends on soil moisture levels: 70-75 thousand plants per hectare under optimal moisture, 45-55 thousand plants per hectare under insufficient moisture. Soil temperature for sowing should not be lower than +7-9°C, ideally +10-12°C.

Hybrid KARIBIKO is suitable for cultivation both in monoculture and under intensive technologies, including irrigation. Erect leaf arrangement and synchronized tassel and ear flowering promote effective pollination and yield formation. Thanks to these traits, KARIBIKO ensures high yield potential and economic efficiency when grown under various agroclimatic conditions, especially in steppe regions with variable moisture.
