Karifols — a high-yielding hybrid of sugar corn with dual-purpose use, intended for both grain and green mass production. This hybrid is characterized by its dent-type kernel and rapid moisture loss, ensuring drought tolerance and lodging resistance. Karifols plants reach a height of 330-340 cm, with ear attachment height of 120-130 cm. The number of rows of kernels per ear varies from 14 to 16, with each row containing 38 to 44 kernels. The 1000-kernel weight is 340-360 g. The recommended planting density at harvest depends on moisture levels: for adequately moist zones — 65-75 thousand plants per hectare, for less moist zones — 55-65 thousand plants per hectare.
