Market Quality and Processing

The grain of this variety has an elongated shape, which is a critical indicator for milling. The light color in the phenol test confirms the high quality of the raw material, suitable for producing premium-grade pasta. The dense structure of the ear and the intense waxy bloom on the vegetative parts provide reliable protection against environmental factors, preserving the grain's commercial appearance until harvest.
