Maize IR 180

Selective Excellence from Ooo Niir Iragro

The IR 180 maize hybrid represents the culmination of extensive breeding efforts directed by Georgy Valeryevich Dzgoyev. Within the agricultural sector, where balancing early maturity with yield potential is essential, this hybrid from Ooo Niir Iragro serves as a versatile solution designed to adapt to fluctuating climatic conditions while maintaining consistent productivity.

Versatility and Field Application

The primary competitive advantage of the IR 180 is its multifaceted utility. Rather than limiting producers to a single outcome, this hybrid is optimized for grain production, high-quality silage, and industrial processing into grits. Its cone-cylindrical yellow-orange grains possess the physical characteristics favored by processors.

• Early Maturity: Enables efficient crop rotation management and minimizes late-season harvesting risks.
• Operational Flexibility: Highly adaptable to various agro-climatic zones, ensuring stability across different soil types.
• Industrial Utility: Excellent grain quality makes it a prime candidate for the food processing industry, specifically for grits production.

As both the originator and patent holder, Ooo Niir Iragro ensures rigorous quality control over their seed stock. IR 180 is positioned as a reliable asset for modern farms that prioritize both agronomic efficiency and consistent market performance. With its focus on early maturation, it remains a strategic choice for growers aiming for predictable results in temperate cultivation zones.
