Description Devolvi CS
Corn Devolvi CS is a medium-maturing hybrid with FAO 280, developed by the State Institution "Institute of Grain Farming of NAAN of Ukraine". This simple modified hybrid is characterized by high yield, reaching up to 13 tons per hectare under favorable conditions, making it attractive for intensive cultivation. Plants reach a height of 230-240 cm, and conical-cylindrical ears, 21-22 cm long, are positioned at a height of 85-95 cm. The grain has an orange color, toothed, oval-shaped kernels, and a thousand-kernel weight of 270-290 g. The ear contains 14 rows of kernels with a red stalk.

Hybrid Devolvi CS has high resistance to lodging, moderate cold tolerance, and enhanced drought resistance, allowing successful cultivation in northern regions of Ukraine, including Steppe and Forest-Steppe zones. Seed treatment with the fungicide Maxim XL provides protection against major diseases and promotes stable plant development. Recommended planting density is 55 thousand plants per hectare, and deep plowing is optimal for soil preparation.

Devolvi CS features good moisture shedding, which facilitates harvest and reduces yield losses. The hybrid is suitable for both grain and silage use, thanks to its high technological efficiency and adaptability to various soil-climatic conditions. Its profitability and stable start make it convenient for cultivation on both large plantations and small farms.
