Hybrid corn 'Spalv MS' is a mid-early modified hybrid with FAO 290, intended for cultivation as grain and silage. This hybrid is characterized by high yield, reaching up to 14 tons per hectare, and features a dentate yellow kernel with thousand-kernel weight ranging from 220 to 280 grams. The ear is cylindrical or nearly conical with 12-16 rows of kernels, and plant height reaches approximately 220 cm. Ear attachment height varies from 90 to 110 cm, ensuring ease of harvest and high technological efficiency.

Hybrid 'Spalv MS' exhibits high resistance to various stress factors and diseases. It has high drought and cold tolerance (8 out of 9 points), as well as resistance to powdery mildew, corn borer, and lodging in the physiological maturity phase. High grain drying intensity after maturity reduces drying costs, making this hybrid economically advantageous for farmers. Additionally, the plant has semi-erect leaf orientation and weak anthocyanic stem coloring.

'Spalv MS' is adapted to diverse soil-climatic conditions, including the Northern and Southern steppes of Ukraine, forest-steppe, and Polissia. Recommended plant density at harvest varies by region and ranges from 35 to 75 thousand plants per hectare. The hybrid is well-suited for resource-saving technologies and ensures stable yields even under adverse conditions. High harvest efficiency and the ability to store ears in 'sapetkas' make 'Spalv MS' a versatile and reliable choice for farmers focused on producing high-quality grain and silage.
