CID 2457

Corn CID 2457 is a mid-season simple modified hybrid with FAO 290, developed for high yields of grain and silage mass. Plants reach a height of 200-210 cm, with ears approximately 20 cm long, attached at a height of 80-90 cm. Grain is dent-shaped, yellow-orange, with 36-40 kernels per row and a 1000-kernel weight of 280-300 g. The potential grain yield is 120-125 c/ha, and silage mass yield — 580-630 c/ha.

The hybrid features a strong root system, enhancing resistance to lodging and facilitating adaptation to various growing conditions, including dense planting. CID 2457 has high drought tolerance and resistance to diseases and pests, ensuring stable yields even under challenging climatic conditions.
