Corn AS 33041 is a high-yielding, mid-season hybrid with FAO 350, widely adopted in the steppe and forest-steppe zones of Ukraine. The plant is tall, reaching 250-290 cm, with weak branching. The ear is cylindrical, 19-24 cm long, with 14-18 rows of kernels and a red cob. Kernels are yellow-orange, dent type, with 1000-kernel weight of 320-360 g. The hybrid is resistant to lodging, main diseases and pests, and possesses heat and drought tolerance, ensuring stable yields under various growing conditions. AS 33041 is suitable for both grain and silage use. Grain yield reaches 13.0-13.5 t/ha, while silage yield ranges from 48 to 76 t/ha. The plant retains green stalks even in autumn, making it especially valuable for silage production. Recommended planting density is 40-45 thousand plants per hectare in steppe zones and 55-60 thousand plants per hectare in forest-steppe zones. Seeds are supplied in paper bags of 80,000 units and undergo fungicide treatment for disease protection. Corn also has high nutritional value due to its content of 26 chemical elements, including B, C, D, E, K vitamins, beneficial acids, and microelements. Pectins, potassium, and magnesium in the kernels contribute to improved digestion and metabolism. Hyaluronic acid supports brain function, while iron protects the circulatory system. Additionally, corn helps remove cholesterol from the body and is beneficial for gallbladder, intestinal, kidney, and pancreas diseases, promoting stone dissolution and normalization of metabolic processes.
