Chicory Vasari

The lettuce chicory variety Vasari is a medium-early heading type Radicchio developed by breeders of the Dutch company Bejo Zaden. The plant forms round heads of medium to large size, reaching up to 40x35 cm and weighing up to 300 g. The leaves have a dark red or brown-red hue with characteristic white veins, possess a dense structure, ensuring good transportability and long-term storage without loss of appearance. The vegetative period is approximately 70-75 days from transplanting seedlings, allowing cultivation from April to August and harvest from June until late autumn.
