DEMIDOVSKIY

The spring garlic variety DEMIDOVSKIY is a tall plant with broad leaves up to 40 cm long and more than 2 cm wide. This variety belongs to the artichoke subtype, meaning it does not bolt, which facilitates its cultivation and care. The leaves have a green color with a slight waxy coating, and the bulb, of round-flat shape, reaches a diameter of 70–80 mm and a mass of up to 130 grams. Each head consists of 14-16 cloves with white flesh and a semi-sharp taste, while the wrapper scales are colored white with insignificant purple specks, and the skin scales have a creamy tint.

The DEMIDOVSKIY variety is unpretentious and high-yielding, reaching up to 1 kg per square meter. It stores well for up to 10 months, making it convenient for long-term use. Medium-maturing and resistant to unfavorable conditions, this garlic is suitable for cultivation in various regions of Russia, confirming its universality and reliability.
