PRIZERKA

PRIZERKA is a cherry variety distinguished by early ripening and large, dense fruits of dark burgundy color. The fruits have a flat-round shape, weighing about 6.5-7 grams, with a harmonious taste and high vitamin C content up to 17 mg per 100 grams. The fruit stalk detaches dry, with medium attachment strength, ensuring good berry transportability. The variety is characterized by uniform fruit size and an attractive appearance, making it in demand for commercial production.

The PRIZERKA tree is medium-sized with a round, spreading crown of medium density. It is distinguished by high yield — up to 47.6 centners per hectare, as well as drought resistance and immunity to cockle. Early fruit ripening occurs from May 24 to 28, allowing for harvest at the beginning of the season. The variety is recommended for cultivation in regions with a mild climate, such as Crimea and southern Ukraine, where it shows the best results.

Despite high winter hardiness, the PRIZERKA variety is not suitable for the central belt with frost below -25°C. Its strengths include high transportability, disease and drought resistance, and stable fruiting. Thanks to these qualities, PRIZERKA is a promising variety for commercial cultivation and home gardening in suitable climatic conditions.
