Cherries of the Folfer variety — this is a new mid-late ripening French selection, ripening at the end of June, approximately from the 15th to 25th, depending on regional climatic conditions. The harvest period is extended, lasting about 10 days, allowing you to enjoy fresh fruit over a prolonged period. The fruits of this variety are characterized by large size, a 28-30 mm calibre, and an average weight of about 12 grams. They have a bright red, crimson color, round shape, and shiny skin, giving them an attractive appearance.

The flesh of Folfer cherries is firm, juicy, and crunchy, with a well-balanced flavor, harmoniously combining sweetness and acidity without excessive sugar content. The fruits have a vivid, rich flavor and a distinct cherry aroma, making them especially appealing for fresh consumption. Thanks to good fruit retention during harvest, they can remain on the tree for some time without losing their quality.

Folfer variety trees have a medium-strong growth habit, with a spreading and branched canopy reaching a height of 3 to 6 meters. They are early-bearing and very productive, yielding 20 to 60 kg per tree, making them suitable for both amateur gardening and commercial cultivation. The variety exhibits cold hardiness up to -20 to -29 degrees Celsius, enabling successful cultivation in moderate climate zones.
