Cabbage Orfei

Orfeus white cabbage F1 is a late-maturing, high-yielding hybrid characterized by a stable maturity period from seedling transplanting to harvest, lasting 125-130 days. The heads have an oval shape, weighing between 2.5 and 2.8 kg, and feature a dense structure with a short inner stalk, ensuring ease of processing and preparation. Due to its taste qualities, this hybrid is popular among consumers.

One of the key advantages of Orfeus cabbage is its excellent storability, which can reach up to 6 months. This makes it an ideal choice for long-term storage and use throughout the season. Furthermore, the cabbage is rich in important nutrients, including anti-ulcer vitamin U at 6.2 mg per 100 g of product, which is preserved in the heads throughout the storage period. The composition also includes vitamins A, B1, B6, C, as well as potassium and phosphorus salts, trace elements, and 16 free amino acids, making it not only tasty but also beneficial for health.

Orfeus F1 cabbage is suitable for various applications, including fresh salads, pickling, and thermal processing. Its dense structure and excellent taste qualities allow it to be used in diverse culinary recipes while preserving beneficial properties. Due to high yield and storability, this hybrid is a profitable choice for both farmers and home gardeners.
