Cabbage Aquilón F1

Aquilón F1 is a late-maturing cabbage hybrid that matures 120-135 days after transplanting. Heads are round, well-aligned, and do not collapse during storage, ensuring ease of harvest and storage. Average head weight ranges from 2 to 3 kg. The cabbage has an attractive appearance: greenish exterior with white inner core and very high density. Both inner and outer stems are of medium size, and the rosette is raised. Leaves are bluish-green with a strong waxy coating that protects the plant from pests such as aphids and thrips. Hybrid Aquilón F1 is characterized by high yield, reaching 90-110 tons per hectare, making it profitable for commercial cultivation. It is versatile in use and suitable for long-term storage. Recommended for cultivation both through seedlings and direct sowing into open ground. Sowing rate is 35-40 thousand plants per hectare. Due to its genetic resistance to Fusarium wilt and tolerance to Alternaria, this hybrid exhibits enhanced disease resistance, reducing the risk of crop loss. Aquilón F1 adapts well to various soil types and planting conditions, expanding its cultivation possibilities. High marketability and uniformity of heads make this variety attractive for the market and consumers. Additionally, the waxy coating on leaves reduces pest infestation, minimizing the need for frequent chemical protection. All these characteristics make Aquilón F1 a reliable choice for farmers aiming to achieve high-quality and stable late-season cabbage yields.
