Lexicon F1 cabbage is a white-headed hybrid with a long growing period, ranging from 120 to 130 days. This variety was developed by the French company Clause and adapted for cultivation in moderate climates, making it suitable for growing in all regions of Ukraine. It is intended for open-field cultivation and can be grown both through seedlings and direct sowing. The plant is resistant to adverse conditions such as low soil moisture and temperatures down to 2-3 °C, making it a reliable choice for summer-autumn cultivation cycles. Lexicon F1 heads have a round-oval shape, dense structure, and light green, vibrant color. Average fruit mass varies from 2.7 to 5 kg, with a small core inside. The plant forms a lush rosette and a well-developed root system, which contributes to its prolonged stay in the field without loss of market appearance. The cabbage is characterized by juiciness, crisp texture, and pleasant taste without bitterness, making it versatile for fresh consumption, canning, and culinary processing. The Lexicon F1 hybrid shows high resistance to pests and diseases, including thrips, fusarium, and internal necrosis. It responds well to modern cultivation technologies and fertilization, demonstrating excellent yield and marketability. The cabbage has a long storage life — up to six months under optimal humidity and temperature conditions — and good transportability without damage or cracks. Recommended planting density is 30,000 to 55,000 plants per hectare, ensuring maximum productivity and quality of the harvest.
