White cabbage Magnus F1 — an ultra-early hybrid developed by the Dutch seed company Hazera, intended for cultivation in open ground, greenhouses, and under temporary film cover. Thanks to its short maturation period of 45 to 58 days, this hybrid allows for two harvests per year — spring-summer and summer-autumn. Seeds are large with high uniform germination, ensuring plant uniformity and stable yield. The recommended planting density is 60-70 thousand plants per hectare, promoting efficient land use and good crop development.

Magnus F1 plants are characterized by strong growth and resistance to bolting, allowing them to withstand dense planting without loss of quality. Heads are round, flat, dense, and weigh 1.5 to 2 kilograms. Leaves are dark green, tightly covering the head, providing an attractive market appearance. The hybrid exhibits enhanced resistance to fusarium and cracking, significantly reducing losses during cultivation and transport. The harvest is uniform in size and can remain in the field for an extended period without quality deterioration.

White cabbage Magnus F1 is primarily intended for fresh consumption, thanks to its pleasant taste and excellent flavor qualities. Despite its relatively short storage life — about one month — the hybrid tolerates transportation well, making it popular among both farmers and end consumers. The ability to grow under mulch film and in various climatic conditions of Ukraine makes this hybrid a versatile and reliable choice for obtaining early and high-quality yields.
