Cucumber Arsenal F1 is an early-maturing parthenocarpic hybrid intended for cultivation in greenhouse conditions, including industrial and farm greenhouses. The plant exhibits an indeterminate growth type with a strong structure and medium-branched foliage. Female-type flowering, with one to three female flowers per node, contributes to high yield. Leaves are medium-sized and green, while fruits are cylindrical or oval in shape with green coloration and medium-ribbed surface.
Fruits of cucumber Arsenal have a medium weight ranging from 140 to 200 grams, excellent taste, and high market quality, reaching 97-100%. Yield of the hybrid over two years of testing varied from 9.5 to 26.8 kg per square meter, surpassing the performance of standard varieties. Early yield ranges from 0.2 to 6.5 kg per square meter, making this variety attractive for obtaining fresh produce in short timeframes.
The hybrid demonstrates resistance to diseases such as powdery mildew, root rot, ascochytosis, downy mildew, and cucumber mosaic. This ensures stable yields and reduces the need for intensive chemical protection. Cucumber Arsenal F1 is suitable for winter-spring cultivation and has a light-cultivating type, allowing efficient use of artificial lighting in greenhouses. Seeds are supplied by the producer Gavriš and are available for wholesale and retail buyers with delivery options across Russia and the CIS.
