Khibinskaya

Pekin cabbage variety Khibinskaya is a super-early semi-heading variety known for its fast maturation. In closed ground, it takes only 18-25 days from full germination to technical maturity, while in open ground, it takes 40-50 days. Thanks to this, it is widely used in February-March as a salad crop, making it especially valuable for early harvest.

The plant forms a sprawling, heavily foliated rosette with a diameter of 20-40 cm. The leaves are entire, sessile, and widely obovate with a wrinkled and slightly blistered surface. The main veins are wide, white, and juicy, while the leaf color is yellowish-green. The leaf hairiness is weak, giving the plant a neat appearance.
