GARAT

GARAT is a hybrid cabbage available in two main varieties: white cabbage and red cabbage. White cabbage GARAT is characterized by a late maturity period of 130 to 150 days and high yields up to 80 tons per hectare. The heads have a dense structure and a round or oval shape, weighing from 2 to 3.5 kg. The leaves are of medium size, grey-green in color with a dense waxy coating, ensuring excellent shelf life and market appearance over a long period. Red cabbage GARAT differs with a mid-maturity period, an upright rosette of leaves, and a dark purple color with a waxy coating. The heads are inversely egg-shaped, weighing 2.0-2.7 kg, have a rich purple color in the cut section and excellent taste.
