Description AMIDALA
AMIDALA F1 — a mid-season cauliflower hybrid characterized by an excellent head appearance with good shape and attractive color. The vegetation period is about 80 days, which allows growing this variety during the autumn period. Heads have a medium weight of 1.5 to 2.5 kg and a diameter of about 20 cm, making them convenient for fresh sales and processing.

One of the key features of the variety is high resistance to downy mildew, ensuring crop reliability even under unfavorable weather conditions. Plants possess a powerful leaf apparatus with good self-shading, while leaves lack a waxy coating, which helps preserve product quality and commercial appearance. High growth vigor and hybrid plasticity allow successful adaptation to growing stress conditions.

Product quality is confirmed by high marketability indicators — about 95.8%, as well as dry matter content (10.6%), total sugar (3.7 mg%) and vitamin C (18.2 mg%), making the cabbage not only tasty but also healthy. The variety yields up to 298 centners per hectare, indicating its high productivity and economic attractiveness for agricultural production.
