Cauliflower variety Claudia is an early-maturing broccoli variety, characterized by good adaptation to various climatic conditions. This variety is resistant to spring stress factors and summer heat, making it easy to grow. Claudia is suitable for obtaining an early crop both in open ground and under cover, including greenhouses and film tunnels. The harvest is formed uniformly within 80-90 days from seedling emergence, which allows planning timely product collection.

Plants of this variety are tall, with leaves of light gray-green color and a waxy coating. Cauliflower heads are dense, bumpy, whitish in hue, with an average weight of 0.8 to 1.2 kg, reaching up to 2 kg with good care. The variety yield is high — from 4 to 5 kg per square meter. The taste of the cooked cauliflower is excellent, making it in demand in cuisine. For successful cultivation, it is recommended to follow agronomic techniques, including sowing for seedlings in mid-March, pricking out 7-10 days after germination, and transplanting seedlings in late April according to the scheme 35 x 50 cm.

Care for plants includes regular watering, weeding, loosening, and feeding. Special attention is paid to protecting cauliflower heads from sunlight: to preserve the white color and prevent head disintegration, two leaves are cut or tied above them. Cauliflower Claudia does not tolerate acidic soils and requires sufficient nutrition and moisture, which must be taken into account when preparing the soil and caring for plants.
