Alpina

Alpina cauliflower is a medium-maturing vegetable with an elevated medium-sized rosette of leaves. The leaves are green with a slight waxy coating, having a weakly pitted and weakly wavy edge structure. The cauliflower head is round-flat, partially covered, whitish, of medium density and knobbiness, with a mass of about 1.3 kg. The variety has an excellent taste, making it particularly suitable for home cooking.

The Alpina variety is included in the State Register of the Russian Federation and recommended for growing in personal subsidiary holdings. The yield is approximately 2.8 kg per square meter, indicating high productivity of the crop. Due to its characteristics, the cauliflower is well adapted to various regions and growing conditions.
