Bean Zlatko

Field Performance and Efficiency of Zlatko Bean

This bush-type shell bean fits perfectly into intensive crop rotations, with a maturation period of 75–85 days. For a farm manager, this reliability is crucial for scheduling harvest operations precisely and avoiding weather-related losses.

Agronomics and Harvesting

The plant grows to a compact height of 50–60 cm. In the field, this structure is a major advantage: the variety does not lodge, making it highly suitable for mechanized harvesting. The pods reach a deep green color in technical maturity.

• Resource Efficiency: The bush growth habit allows for standard planting and maintenance equipment, eliminating the need for specialized adjustments.
• Resilience: 'Zlatko' shows excellent adaptability to temperate climates. It maintains productivity even under variable thermal conditions.
• Grain Quality: As a shell bean, it produces a high percentage of marketable grain. The seeds thresh easily, which reduces wear on harvesting machinery and minimizes grain damage.

If you are looking for a reliable, low-maintenance variety that delivers consistent yields, 'Zlatko' is an excellent professional choice. It is a workhorse variety designed to maximize grain output with minimal intervention in crop management.
