SNYEGUROCHKA

The "Snyegurochka" bean variety is an early-maturing shelling bean, ripening 48-52 days from germination to fruiting. The plants are compact and bushy, reaching a height of 35-40 cm with moderate foliage, which facilitates care and harvest collection. The pods have a straight or slightly curved shape, are elliptical in cross-section, lack parchment layers and fibers, ensuring tenderness and ease of preparation.

At technical maturity, the pods are light yellow, reaching lengths of up to 17 cm and widths of up to 1.2 cm. High taste and technological qualities make the "Snyegurochka" bean an excellent choice for culinary use, including fresh dishes and freezing. Due to the absence of tough fibers, the bean retains a pleasant texture and aroma after thermal processing.

The variety is distinguished by good yield—2.6-2.9 kg per square meter, allowing for a stable and abundant harvest. Additionally, the "Snyegurochka" bean possesses resistance to diseases such as anthracnose and bacterial spot, reducing the risk of yield loss and minimizing the need for chemical protection agents.
