Herbicide Piramid is a selective systemic agent for effective control of annual and perennial dicotyledonous broadleaf weeds. It destroys both above-ground parts and root systems of undesirable plants, providing reliable protection for crops. The active ingredient cloquinalid penetrates the plant through above-ground parts and partially through moist soil, blocking natural hormone functions, leading to weed death.
The product is used on various agricultural crops, including barley, wheat, oats, rye, corn, rapeseed, sugar beet, cabbage, and others. This allows using the herbicide under a wide range of agronomic conditions for crop protection against weeds. The preparation is effective even against already developed weeds and retains its activity after rain and heavy rainfall, beginning to act within two hours after application.
The recommended dosage is 0.3 to 0.5 liters per hectare depending on the crop and weed infestation level. The herbicide is available in a convenient 5-liter packaging. It belongs to Class III (moderately toxic), requiring standard safety measures during application. Piramid provides reliable crop protection, contributing to increased yields and reduced weed control costs.
