The selection program of SKFNAZ (North Caucasian Federal Agricultural Research Center) has introduced the "Ladushka" variety, which transforms the perception of asters in agriculture. Kozhevnikov, allowed for the reduction of bitterness and toughness typical of wild species while maintaining high metabolic activity of the plant.
